Are Cleaning Services and More cleaners insured?
Yes, Cleaning Services and More is a professional cleaning company that is insured and covered under the State of Ohio Workers’ Compensation Program.
Bonded, Insured & Worker’s Comp…what does that mean for you?
- Bonded: We bond all of our employees in the event of a theft that you are protected. All of our cleaners have a background checks conducted and screened prior to hire.
- Insurance: We carry insurance to protect your home and its contents in case of broken items, damage or accidents.
- Worker’s Compensation is covered on all of our cleaners in case of an injury in your home.
Can I cancel or suspend service?
Our service is based upon how we can help, not contracts. Clients may cancel/suspend services at any time for any reason. An advance notice of two (2) business days is respectfully requested.
Can I pick the day & time of my cleanings?
We will assign a cleaner to your home on a scheduled date and time, taking into consideration a client’s preferences.
Do I have to supply anything?
Our cleaners bring all the cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, dusters and cleaning clothes. If you would like us to use one of your products or supplies, please notify the office or during the estimate.
Does someone need to be home during my cleaning?
Many of our clients work or have busy lives. During your in-home consultation, we will discuss how you would like us to enter and exit your home.
How do I pay for my cleanings?
We accept cash, in the exact amount, or checks, written to: Cleaning Services and More as forms of payment. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. For a 1st time cleaning or out of state cleaning, a credit card may be asked to reserve your spot. All payments are due at the time of cleaning and can be left on the kitchen counter for your cleaner to collect.

Cleaning Services and More, formerly MTO Cleaning Services, was established in 1988. The Cleaning Services and More of Summit County has been under the ownership of Louise and John Sturmi since 2003.

What does the And More mean?
All of our customers have different needs from general house cleaning to help with the laundry. We would like to think out of the box based on your specific needs. We do laundry, meal prep, help with decorating and taking decorations down, help packing or unpacking during a move and many others. If we can help, we will. Just Ask.
What if I need to skip or reschedule my cleaning?
Life happens! We respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning so that we can accommodate our cleaners schedules.
- In case of illness: to prevent the spread of flu and virus, we ask that you call to reschedule your cleaning. With the same courtesy, we will not send a cleaner to your home that is ill.
- Ohio weather: Mother Nature affects us all. We do adhere to parking bans, road level alerts and weather conditions. We notify clients of any changes.
- Holidays: For those clients where their cleaning falls on a holiday, we will call you to work out either a reschedule or skip. Our clients are based on a first come first serve basis in scheduling.

What is the price of my cleaning based on?
Cleaning prices are based on size of home, frequency of cleaning, condition of home, pets and the amount of detail needed. An in-home consultation will provide you with accurate pricing. If the condition of your home changes due to construction, increased activity, pets or inconsistent conditions, we will call to re-evaluate your cleaning needs.
