Life happens! We respectfully request a 48 hour notice if you need to skip or reschedule a cleaning so that we can accommodate our cleaners schedules.
- In case of illness: to prevent the spread of flu and virus, we ask that you call to reschedule your cleaning. With the same courtesy, we will not send a cleaner to your home that is ill.
- Ohio weather: Mother Nature affects us all. We do adhere to parking bans, road level alerts and weather conditions. We notify clients of any changes.
- Holidays: For those clients where their cleaning falls on a holiday, we will call you to work out either a reschedule or skip. Our clients are based on a first come first serve basis in scheduling.
